Role Overview

As an LLM Agent Engineer, you will:

• Build autonomous agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom tooling.
• Implement memory, retrieval, tool calling, and reasoning loops.
• Integrate agents with APIs, vector stores, and real-time data sources.
• Design evaluation strategies to test reliability, safety, and performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy agents into production.

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years in AI engineering, LLM integration, or agentic systems.
• Tools: LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Programming: Strong Python skills with async, APIs, and orchestration experience.
• AI: Understanding of embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Infra: Familiarity with deploying agent stacks to cloud or container environments.
