You’ll work directly with our marketing team to strategize, launch, and optimize ad campaigns for various clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves performance marketing, understands data, and knows how to turn clicks into conversions. Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting. Track and analyze ad performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the creative team for ad copy and visuals that convert. Prepare performance reports and actionable insights. Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in digital advertising. Requirements Hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads . Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data. Understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other ad metrics. Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive attitude with a passion for performance marketing.
