Litigation Associate

As an Associate for Patent Litigation at our client, one of the leading IP Law firms in India, you will be responsible for a range of activities, including Advisory and opinion work, Court work, Legal research, Drafting and Reviewing Agreements, Conducting trial, Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Undertake Advisory and opinion work - Handle Court work - Conduct Legal research - Draft and Review Agreements - Conduct trial proceedings - Manage Litigation and Dispute Resolution Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Qualification: B.Tech/B.E OR M.Tech/M.E. +LLB [preferably with IP background] - Patent Litigation Experience: 2-5 years - Mandatory experience in practicing in court In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following skills: - Sound legal knowledge - Good and consistent academic record - Excellent communication skills - Strong research and analytical skills - Basic legal drafting skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with team members - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.) - Willingness to work in a flexible schedule and undertake travelling Join our client's team in Gurgaon/Delhi and contribute to their esteemed practice in Intellectual Property rights.,
