Key Responsibilities 1. Visual Merchandising (VM) & Branding Lead on-ground execution of all VM elements including fixtures, props, mannequins, backlits, standees, window installations, and in-store branding. Coordinate production and installation of branding materials such as vinyls, acrylics, danglers, shelf strips and display collaterals. Ensure execution aligns with brand guidelines and visual language across store locations. Manage vendor network for fabrication and installation of VM and branding elements. Conduct regular store audits to ensure consistent upkeep of visual standards as per planograms. Own product-related VM deployment across MBO (Multi Brand Outlet) formats, ensuring planogram adherence, rotation of key SKUs, brand blocking, and merchandising consistency, in collaboration with brand teams and store operations. 2. Project Execution Management Handle complete execution of external and internal signage including fascia signs, lightboxes, wayfinding, and promotional signage. Liaise with malls and property managers for signage approvals and compliance. Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and site installation coordination. Ensure all signage formats align with brand identity and design intent. Coordinate with internal design, PMC (Project Management Company), and brand teams to ensure alignment across deliverables and timelines. Track progress against work schedules, manage vendor timelines, and resolve on-site challenges during execution. Maintain execution documentation including daily reports, installation checklists, and snag lists. Skills & Requirements 25 years of hands-on experience in retail VM, branding production, signage, or project execution. Deep understanding of materials used for props, mannequins, signage, and branding (e.g., acrylic, MDF, vinyls, flex). Strong vendor management and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple sites and travel for short-term execution. Strong eye for detail and alignment with premium/lifestyle brand aesthetics. Good to Have Prior experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands. Familiarity with brand/mall approval and compliance processes. Working knowledge of basic layout drawings or graphic files (PDFs, CDRs, AI files
