Role Overview

Listing Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Upload new product and load listings to CommerceCentral.io and DealsForYou.com
• Enter and verify product details including title, description, MSRP, category, and condition
• Upload manifests, pricing data, and images (using provided templates or AI tools)
• Coordinate with the sourcing and sales teams to prioritize which listings go live
• Maintain consistency in formatting, keywords, and brand presentation across listings
• Monitor and update existing listings (mark sold, adjust prices, replace images, etc.)
• Report any listing errors, duplicates, or missing information to the team
• Track listing performance metrics and suggest optimizations

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketplace operations, eCommerce, or data entry
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or marketplace tools (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
• Good written English and basic product photography knowledge (a plus)
