we require asterisk & VoIP support engineers for providing support for contact centers Skills required Must be having good knowledge of the Linux system and hands-on experience in the Linux environment and troubleshooting. Must have sound knowledge or asterisk / VoIP troubleshooting Must be aware of call center dialer and its features. Must have sound knowledge of voip based systems and be able to install/configure/maintain/troubleshoot asterisk based servers. must have good knowledge of linux based security systems. Good to have basic knowledge in any of perl, scripting, php, mysql.
