OUR VALUES IN ACTION Care and Compassion Quality and Teamwork Dignity and Respect Openness, honesty and responsibility 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday shifts Band 3 Permanent We currently require a Laundry Services Supervisor to join an excellent team of dedicated staff at the Borders General Hospital in Melrose. We need someone who can work under pressure to meet deadlines and be able to motivate staff to achieve production levels required on a daily basis. Administrative, computer, and excellent communication skills are essential to be able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders across NHS Borders and private stakeholders. Line management skills are also essential, as you will be responsible for managing all laundry staff on shift for training, attendance and appraisals.
