Role & responsibilities Responsible for Daily Production targets in terms of NSPH, strokes with part quality to acceptable level Experience in handling press 630 Ton./ 315 Ton./500Ton , Transfer press etc Responsible for AM pillar Shop floor planning, System adherence in shop floor. Responsible for press shop inventory with analysis and conclusion on daily basis. Responsible for internal & external customer line with quantity and quality Responsible to achieve OEE and SPH as decided target. Responsible for all shop floor Mgt, process quality standards & product quality standards. Co-ordination with planning, logistics, store for smooth running of production. Support shift incharge to co-ordinate with support department to reduce downtime. Responsible for achieving Press shop KPI in co-ordination with individual KPI of each Line. Support Shift incharge to Process up gradation for consistently improving Safety, productivity, Quality & Cost. Ensure to complete rework the sheet metal parts in rework area within 48 hrs. Involve in new program for die commissioning & try outs. Monitoring and implementation of different systems like 5S, SMED, Poke-Yoka and Kaizen on shop floor Monitoring of schedule v/s Actual delivery status, time adherence & product quality status. Ensure that safe work practices are always followed on shop floor. Ensure training of new Line leaders /Die setters. Preferred candidate profile Engineering degree or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of experience or Diploma with 5-7 years’ experience.
