Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Chef, based in Kerala, India. The Line Chef will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, managing food safety protocols, collaborating with the kitchen team, and ensuring an efficient workflow during service.
