LIMS Implementation Analyst

• 5+ years as LIMS Implementation Analyst / Integrator Analyst in GxP environments
• Biotech, pharma or other science‑related project experience
• Strong hands‑on coding and web programming focus
  

• Design, develop and maintain integration and web components using Python and JavaScript
• Implement and integrate Laboratory Informatics Systems (LIMS and related apps)
• Build and consume REST APIs; orchestrate data flows between multiple systems
• Perform file‑based parsing, transformations and data manipulation
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and application issues in GxP environments
• Document technical solutions, configurations and integration flows
• Provide end‑user training and deployment support as needed
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while functioning as an individual contributor
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience as LIMS Implementation Analyst / Integrator
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript; familiarity with at least one modern programming language/framework
• Solid experience with RESTful API integration and system‑to‑system connectivity
• Experience with file‑based interfaces (CSV, JSON, XML, etc.) and parsing
• Exposure to GxP projects and validation practices
• Understanding of laboratory workflows, data management and Laboratory Informatics Systems
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of database design, SQL and query optimization
• Experience with additional programming languages or web frameworks
• Prior hands‑on work in a laboratory or lab‑IT setting
  

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset
• Detail‑oriented, structured and well organized
• Proactive communicator; comfortable asking for help and collaborating when needed
• Able to operate as an individual contributor in a distributed team
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Or equivalent relevant industry experience
  

• Office or hybrid/remote setup
• May require occasional travel to client / lab sites
• Collaboration with global stakeholders across multiple time zones
