As the Civil and Lift Replacement Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end management of civil and lift replacement works. Your responsibilities will include coordinating feasibility studies, design development, procurement, and project scheduling. You will be required to liaise with structural engineers, lift consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution. Developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and risk registers will be crucial in your role. Compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards is a key aspect that you will need to oversee. Supervising site activities to ensure quality control and timely issue resolution will be part of your daily tasks. Managing tendering processes, evaluating contractor bids, and providing regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders are also essential duties. Your goal will be to minimize disruption to building occupants during project execution while facilitating necessary permits, inspections, and certifications. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing medium to large-scale civil or M&E projects is required. Familiarity with lift replacement works, building services, and asset upgrades will be beneficial. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as MS Project and Primavera is essential. Excellent stakeholder communication and contractor management skills are highly valued. Possessing a PMP or equivalent certification would be advantageous.,
