Supervise and ensure the safety of campers during swimming and lake activities. Enforce all water safety rules and camp regulations. Monitor weather conditions and water safety levels, adapting activities accordingly. Perform rescues and administer first aid/CPR if necessary. Assist in organizing and leading water-related activities. Educate campers on water safety practices. Work collaboratively with the camp staff to ensure a fun and secure environment. Requirements Valid lifeguard certification for both swimming pools and open water (lake). CPR and First Aid certification. Proven experience working with children in a camp or similar setting. Strong swimming and rescue skills. Ability to remain alert, focused, and responsive in emergency situations. Professional, responsible, and team-oriented attitude. Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
