Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for the Life Insurance Banca Channel Sales position. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners to promote and sell life insurance products. The primary responsibilities include driving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, conducting product presentations for potential customers, preparing relevant documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Regular collaboration with the banking team and consistent follow-up with clients are also vital aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Insurance Sales and knowledge of Life Insurance products
• Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
• Understanding of Finance principles and their relevance to insurance
• Background in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in banca channel sales or the insurance sector is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
