Role & responsibilities LIDAR Data Processing: Perform point cloud classification, feature extraction, and data analysis using LIDAR technology. Utilize Terra Scan and Terra Match for data calibration, noise filtering, and accurate alignment. Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Conduct thorough quality checks using Terra Model and other tools. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with surveyors, data analysts, and GIS specialists for project deliverables. Provide technical support and resolve challenges during the data processing lifecycle. Project Management Support: Manage timelines effectively and ensure deliverables meet client expectations. Maintain clear documentation of data processing steps and methodologies. Software Utilization: Apply expertise in Terra Photo for visualization and 3D modeling. Develop best practices for LIDAR data processing and storage. Preferred candidate profile Candidates with prior experience in the geospatial or mapping industry. Strong understanding of LIDAR data and point cloud analysis. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team.
