1. Valid IRDA license in Fire and/or Marine and/or Engineering2. Proficiency in surveying techniques and assessment methodologies3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills4. Exceptional attention to detail5. In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and claim processes6. Ability to work independently
