Urgent job opening for Liasoning Officer at Mumbai Region. The Liasoning Officer is responsible for involving bridging communication and collaboration between different entities. Criteria for the below positions: 1. Real Estate experience is must 2. Should have worked in BMC, MHADA, SRA Should have knowledge of DCPR 3. Communication should be good. 4. Should have a experience of 10 to 25 years 5. Age - till 50 max Key Responsibilities:- Looking for candidates who directly interact with top officials at Mumbai from MCGM, MHADA, Collector & SRA for getting building approvals Prepare applications and conduct all procedural work with respect to obtaining paperwork from government departments and for development permissions. Responsible for obtaining all statutory permissions / approvals for region in a timely manner Strategizing regulatory approval process with a view of minimizing delays and enhancing faster turnaround To act as company's interface in dealing with key / senior officials of relevant statutory authorities and various consultants.
