Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Liaisoning Officer to support our real estate projects by managing communications and relationships with various government departments, regulatory authorities, and local bodies. The candidate will assist in securing necessary approvals, NOCs, permits, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with government departments such as Town Planning, Municipal Corporation, Revenue, Fire, Pollution Control Board, and Urban Development Authority. Assist in obtaining project approvals, licenses, clearances, and NOCs (e.g., building plan approval, environment clearance, occupancy/completion certificate). Follow up on file movement in departments to ensure timely processing of applications. Maintain regular contact and build rapport with government officials, consultants, and legal advisors. Coordinate with internal teams such as legal, design, and project execution for documentation and compliance-related inputs. Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation, trackers, and status reports for all liaisoning activities. Assist in resolving any compliance or regulatory issues related to land acquisition, zoning, and construction.
