As a Property Insurance Sales Executive specializing in Medical Establishments at CoverYou, you will play a crucial role in engaging with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare establishments to provide end-to-end property and asset insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities within medical establishments, such as hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers. - Understanding client requirements related to property, asset, and fire insurance; assessing risk exposure; and recommending suitable coverage plans. - Building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector. - Collaborating with underwriting and operations teams to design tailored property insurance solutions. - Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance and renewals. - Educating clients about insurance products, risk management practices, and claim procedures. - Achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining compliance with IRDAI and company standards. - Staying updated on property insurance market trends, healthcare sector risks, and emerging coverage needs. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. - 12 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in Property or Institutional/Commercial lines. - Experience in handling clients from the healthcare or medical domain will be an added advantage. - Strong understanding of insurance fundamentals, client servicing, and policy documentation. Skills Required: - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong client relationship and networking abilities. - Result-driven with a consultative approach to sales. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. - Ability to manage multiple institutional clients efficiently and professionally.
