Role Overview:

Liability Insurance Sales Executive Medical Establishments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within medical establishments, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers.
  • Understand client requirements related to property, asset, and fire insurance; assess risk exposure; and recommend suitable coverage plans.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to design tailored property insurance solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance and renewals.
  • Educate clients about insurance products, risk management practices, and claim procedures.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining compliance with IRDAI and company standards.
  • Stay updated on property insurance market trends, healthcare sector risks, and emerging coverage needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in Property or Institutional/Commercial lines.

  • Experience in handling clients from the healthcare or medical domain will be an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of insurance fundamentals, client servicing, and policy documentation.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong client relationship and networking abilities.
  • Result-driven with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple institutional clients efficiently and professionally.
