Job Overview:The role will be responsible for developing and optimizing digital campaigns for lead generation and marketing, manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, collaborate on content, and implement SEO/SEM strategies to maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant digital channels. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize spending. SEO & SEM: Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search visibility, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. Content Collaboration: Work closely with content and creative teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives and brand voice. Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and monitor the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and high returns on ad spends. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with designers, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements, provide technical input, and ensure smooth integration of design and functionality.Version Control: Utilizing version control systems, such as Git, to manage and track changes in code repositories. Collaborating with other developers and ensuring code consistency and version management.Documentation: Documenting code, technical specifications, and project requirements. Creating clear and concise documentation to facilitate easier maintenance and future enhancements.Requirements: Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.Minimum 3 Years of work experience.
