About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features leveraging LLMs (GPT, open-source models, APIs).
• Build workflows for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector stores, and RAG pipelines.
• Integrate LLM capabilities into internal tools, user-facing apps, and automation systems.
• Work closely with product & engineering teams to convert business use-cases into scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate different models, frameworks, and inference strategies for performance & cost optimization.
• Research new AI capabilities and drive experimentation.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 12- 18 months of hands-on experience working with AI/ML projects, preferably LLM-focused.
• Proficiency with Python and frameworks like LangChain, Transformers, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs.
• Experience with embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS), and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of ML concepts such as fine-tuning, tokenization, model inference, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization.
  

Good To Have

• Experience building agents or RAG-based systems.
• Exposure to multimodal models (text, voice, image).
• Knowledge of open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Phi, etc.).
• Previous experience in building automation tools using AI.
