Key deliverables:

  1. Manage support and maintenance for electricity devices across EMEA
  2. Handle quality cases, CAPAs, and interface with quality and technical teams
  3. Support global technical tenders and project documentation
  4. Maintain assigned KPIs and collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams

Role responsibilities:

  1. Lead technical support in cross-functional, multi-site projects
  2. Interpret complex schematics and ensure timely project delivery
  3. Drive process improvements and interface with international teams
  4. Represent projects in customer and stakeholder meetings effectively
