We are committed to evolving as the premier fleet operating partner for our clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Supervisor role located in Bangalore. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and repair of fleet vehicles to ensure operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include supervising maintenance teams, handling preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring safety compliance across all equipment. The individual will work closely with other teams to minimize downtime and maintain fleet reliability. Qualifications Expertise in Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead maintenance teams. Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair. Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical or technical issues promptly. Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills. Knowledge of automotive systems and fleet operations is an advantage. Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred.
