Job Role: Lettings Marketing/ Admin (UK Process) Location: Noida, India Job Description As a letting agent, you would take responsibility for all aspects of the lettings, which could include: Informing potential clients and existing tenants about our properties and booking/lettings process Responding to client enquires and arranging viewings. Cross checking potential clients information. Generate Tenancy agreements Conducting tenant reference checks using third party companies Making sure thatcommunication with clients and marketing meets all legal requirements Keeping up to date with changes in the law related to lettings Adhering to company procedure and protocols Performing comparative market analysis to identify competitors marketing strategy. Maintaining and updating listings of available properties on the website & other third party portals. Stay updated on the local rental market, including pricing trends, neighbourhood developments, and new listings. (UK Specific). Maintain and update rental property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and photos. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote rental properties andattract potential tenants. Skills, interests and qualities As a letting agent, you will need: Excellent English spoken and written communication skills Knowledge on WordPress CMS. Ability to work on CRM & other resources provided by the company. Also Microsoft 365 programs Negotiation, sales and marketing skills The ability to make good working relationships with a wide range of people Good market knowledge The ability to work under pressure Good organisational skills. Preferred Requirements: Experience with the International Real Estate Clients (UK Preferred) Experience in using Adobe programs, Canva and other media editing programs
