The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and support senior chefs in delivering high quality dishes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily food preparation tasks for the continental section Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards set by senior chefs Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of workstation and kitchen equipment Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items Support in receiving and organizing kitchen stock and supplies Adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times Handle basic cutting, chopping, marination, and mise-en-place activities Assist chefs during service to ensure timely delivery of dishes Report any operational or maintenance issues to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef Maintain high standards of personal grooming and discipline in the kitchen Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred Minimum 0 to 1 year experience in a continental kitchen (Freshers can apply) Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
