Legal Consultation : Providing legal advice and opinions on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, regulations, litigation, and compliance. Research and Analysis : Conducting legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations, and analyzing the impact on clients. Contract Review : Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the interests of clients. Litigation Support : Assisting in dispute resolution, representing clients in legal proceedings, or coordinating with external counsel in litigation cases. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs : Ensuring that clients adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Risk Assessment : Identifying and evaluating legal risks and proposing strategies to mitigate them. Legal Document Management : Overseeing the organization and maintenance of legal documents and records. Client Representation : Advocating on behalf of clients in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings, when necessary.
