Job Title: Legal Manager / Assistant Manager

Location: Noida

Experience: 4-5 years


Job Overview:


Manager / Assistant Manager – Legal


Key Responsibilities:


  • Draft, review, and provide inputs on a wide range of agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, regulations, and judicial precedents.
  • Monitor changes in applicable laws and assist in creating/updating internal policies to ensure compliance.
  • Support the Legal Head in handling ongoing and potential litigation, including evidence collection, coordination with external counsel, and documentation management.
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to various departments to ensure compliance across all organizational activities.
  • Prepare internal reports, summaries, and recommendations on legal matters impacting the company.


Qualifications:


  • Education:

    LLB / LLM

  • Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in corporate legal affairs

  • Registration:

    Must be registered with the Bar Council of India


Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law
  • Proficiency in legal drafting with basic court appearance experience
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
