S.S. Rana & Co. is seeking an experienced

Associate Advocate

to join its Litigation team. This role focuses heavily on

IP and Commercial Litigation

and requires regular court appearances across Delhi.

Job Details

• Position: Associate Advocate Litigation IP
• Experience Required (PQE): 13 Years Post-Qualification Experience.
• Education: LL.B (3 years or 5 years) / LL.M.
• Job Type: Full-time, On-site
• Location: South Delhi (Office location)
  

Practice Areas

• IP Litigation
• Commercial Litigation
• Civil Litigation (Implied by the nature of drafting required)
  

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Prior experience in commercial litigation, and knowledge of IPR.
• Drafting of suit plaint, written statement, interim applications, written submissions, etc.
• Prior experience in appearing before various courts in Delhi (District Courts, Delhi High Court).
• Open to travel to South Delhi and all District Courts and Delhi High Courts. (Flexibility and availability for working on weekends depending on urgent work requirement is often an expectation in such roles).
• Coordination, communication, and planning across attorney teams.
