What You’ll Be Up To Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts—client agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and more. Supporting day-to-day legal operations, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across teams. Assisting with intellectual property-related matters—trademark filings, brand protection, etc. Offering clear, well-reasoned advice to internal teams on legal queries. Maintaining legal documentation and templates with structure and precision. Exposure to minimal litigation support and research work—just enough to round off your skills! Who You Are A recent law graduate or final-year student (if your college allows internships). Have completed over a year of relevant legal internships , ideally with in-house legal teams or law firms focused on corporate, IP, or media law. Strong drafting and written communication skills—you speak fluent "contract". Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently when needed.
