Job Description

Legal Department Support: Assist with reviewing, drafting, and organizing legal documents, including NDAs, vendor contracts, customer agreements, and partnership contracts. Support contract lifecycle management by tracking contract statuses and following up with internal teams to ensure timely execution and compliance. Conduct legal research related to SaaS, IT compliance, data privacy laws, and other regulatory matters relevant to the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Support, to address legal queries and ensure alignment with company policies. Secretarial Department Support: Assist in preparing and organizing documents required for board meetings, shareholder meetings, and other corporate governance matters. Maintain corporate records, including resolutions, minutes, and filings with regulatory authorities. Support compliance tasks related to statutory requirements, corporate filings, and documentation. Help monitor regulatory updates that may impact company operations and assist in implementing necessary changes to corporate policies. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Law or Semi-Qualified CS Basic understanding of contract law and corporate governance and Companies Act Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management systems is a plus.
