Job Description

Key Responsibilities Draft and review all type of industry related Contracts. Ensure adherence to arbitration act, contract law, and all other construction laws, and labour laws. Keep track of all litigation and arbitration matters and update the seniors. Shall assist in handling in arbitration, mediation and dispute resolution related to construction contracts. Provide legal support for tender documentation and bid processes. Coordinate with external legal counsel for Arbitration, litigation and claims management. Identify potential legal risks all construction contracts Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and regulatory forums as and when required. Legal research on ongoing issues. Maintaining legal database. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in arbitration, contract law and in legal field. Prior experience in arbitration, contracts and research. Familiarity with legal research tools such as SCC Online, Live Law, etc. is a plus. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
