To respond to the queries from internal and external parties vis--vis the agreements/draft agreements. Responsible to ensure that the Company and its Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures are in compliance with all the Applicable Laws i.e., statutory, regulatory and contractual. Will be involved in Litigation Support Job Requirement: Should be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point. In-depth working knowledge of all the laws/acts and their applicability to the business. In-depth knowledge of different methods of dispute Resolution and alternative dispute resolution mechanism. The ability to set work priorities; The ability to systematically think through a problem and its component parts, garner relevant information and not taking things at face value.
