Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Associate at Vivriti Capital, based in Chennai. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing advice on legal issues, conducting legal research, and offering analytical support to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Associate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support the company's legal activities and implement best practices in legal processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and Legal Issues, including knowledge of relevant legislation and industry compliance standards.
• 3 to 5 years experience in litigation; preference from Banking/NBFC
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate legal scenarios and provide sound recommendations.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in corporate legal advisory and financial services is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification; a postgraduate degree in Law (LLM).
