Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including contracts, agreements, NDAs, and MoUs.
Handle tender-related documentation, legal vetting of bid terms, contract conditions, and ensure compliance with tender requirements. • Provide legal advice on corporate laws, commercial contracts, labour laws, and regulatory frameworks.
Manage company compliance under the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, taxation law, and other applicable laws.
Conduct legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
Coordinate with external legal counsels and represent the company before authorities and courts when required.
Review and respond to legal notices and assist in dispute resolution.
Maintain updated legal records, agreements, and compliance reports.
Support corporate secretarial work and board-related documentation.
Advise management on potential legal exposures and risk mitigation strategies

Preferred candidate profile

LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
7-10 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, preferably in a corporate or project-based environment.
Strong exposure to tender documentation, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
