Opening for Legal Advisor Thane Mumbai Legal Advice & Counsel: Provide legal advice to the management team on a variety of legal matters related to the companys operations, including corporate governance, contracts, compliance, labor laws, intellectual property, and dispute resolution. Advise on the legal implications of business decisions and strategies. Contract Review & Drafting: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they are legally sound and protect the organizations interests. Assist in the drafting of internal policies, procedures, and guidelines. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the organizations adherence to applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Advise on corporate compliance programs and assist in identifying legal risks or areas of concern. Provide guidance on legal frameworks affecting business operations in different jurisdictions (if applicable). Dispute Resolution: Represent the organization in legal matters, including negotiations, settlements, and proceedings. Assist in resolving disputes, including managing litigation, arbitration, or mediation processes. Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and keep the organization informed about changes in laws and regulations that could impact its operations. Analyze legal trends and case law to provide up-to-date advice to senior management. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments (e.g., HR, finance, operations) to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business activities. Work with external legal counsel when necessary and manage relationships with outside law firms. Training & Development: Provide legal training to staff on issues such as contracts, intellectual property rights, and regulatory compliance. Advise and mentor junior legal staff, if applicable. Document Management & Reporting: Maintain an organized system for storing and managing legal documents and contracts. Prepare and submit legal reports and updates to senior management regarding ongoing legal issues and potential risks.
