Legal Advisor (Male candidate only) Job description Roles and Responsibilities Experience in civil and Real Estate Experience Should be very Good in Drafting Skills and should have Real estate Experience , Good communication skills both in Kannada and English Languages.Real Estate Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice on all aspects of real estate transactions, including property acquisition, sale, leasing, and development. Conduct due diligence on real estate properties, including title searches and verification of legal documents. Advise on compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and zoning requirements. Draft and review real estate agreements, including sale agreements, lease agreements, and joint venture agreements. Handle legal issues related to land disputes, property rights, and encumbrances. Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies on real estate matters. Civil Litigation and Advisory: Provide legal advice and representation in civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property disputes, and other civil claims. Draft and review legal documents related to civil litigation, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits. Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies. Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations. Mediation and arbitration.
