Job description: Job Role: Legal Advisor Shift: General Shift Work Mode: Hybrid Relevant Exp: 6-9 yrs Job Description- To handle statutory compliances, including but not limited to employer-employee disputes, labour laws, environmental laws, data protection laws, etc. To draft notices, replies to notices, affidavits, show cause notices, warning letters, etc., as and when required. To make decisions and support stakeholders on legal advice and services. To support all government-facing activities and visit local, state, and central Authorities from time to time. To manage a team and represent the team before various committees, management, and leadership forums. The candidate must be open to travel at PAN India locations, must be able to manage a team and take quick decisions in sensitive cases. A candidate should have experience in handling litigations.
