As a Legal Insights Administrative Professional at our Bangalore office, you will be responsible for monitoring internal inboxes, organizing key legal documents, and reviewing fund structures. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring the quality of documents in our Document Management System (DMS). Your tasks will include executing actions in JIRA, communicating project statuses with internal stakeholders, and setting attributes on all documents accurately. To excel in this role, you should have a legal background with experience in company secretarial work and a strong understanding of fund or corporate structures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with JIRA or similar ticketing software is preferred. While 1-2 years of administrative experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. You must be able to work effectively under pressure, meet client deadlines, and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. Working in a hybrid environment, you will split your time between our Bangalore office and remote work.
