Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the Principal’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.

• Handle all incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and official communications.

• Prepare circulars, notices, letters, reports, and minutes of meetings.

• Coordinate with all departments (HR, Accounts, Admin, IQAC, Faculty).

• Maintain and organize office files, documents, and confidential records.

• Follow up with departments on tasks assigned by the principal.

• Assist in preparing academic reports, inspection documents, and presentations.

• Manage visitor entry—students, parents, vendors—with proper procedure.

• Guide students/parents with queries and escalate important cases to the principal.

• Support the Principal during events, inspections, and official functions.

• Ensure smooth office operations and maintain professionalism at all times.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

3 Lecturer/ Assistant Professor/ Professor

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Lecturer/ Assistant Professor/ Professor in Aviation at ASET Group of Institutions.
• The Lecturer/ Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching courses, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic development of the department.

• Experience:

  Minimum 2–5 years in Airlines / Ground Handling / Teaching Aviation Courses

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach core and technical subjects in Aviation, Airlines, and Ground Operations.
• Train students in airport handling, cargo management, and passenger services.
• Conduct practical sessions on security checks, baggage screening, and customer service.
• Provide training for roles such as Screening Officer, Cabin Crew, and Ground Staff.
• Deliver lectures on aviation safety, airport management, and flight operations.
• Guide students in grooming, communication, and professional etiquette.
• Prepare study materials and lesson plans per DGCA / IATA standards.
• Organize airport visits, Internships, Seminar, mock drills, and customer service workshops.
• Support students in airline interview preparation and placement programs.
• Maintain academic discipline and ensure technical competence.
