Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirementsFacilitate discussion session to collect business requirementsMap client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.Basic configuration or Testing related to FI moduleIdentify gaps, issues and work around solutions.Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;Document functional designs, test cases and results.Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancementsProvide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projectsAct as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.Provide ad-hoc training and user support as requiredDesired Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in a primarily in Support/rolloutGood understanding of Various Master Data, AR, AP, Fixed Asset, GL Accounting, Banking, Integration with other modules, Condition Technique and knowledge of relevant major tables.Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same timeExperience in a Manufacturing or Distribution company is an assetAbility to understand business processes from a customer perspectiveAbility to work in a team environmentMust be results oriented, and demonstrate a positive attitude adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
