Role & responsibilities * Management of end to end lease function for assigned portfolio * Value propose new leasing concept or tenant mix to help improve property performance. * Be the Company's ambassador by fostering strong tenant & landlord relationship * Preparation and issuance of Tenancy Agreement and Letter of Offer are executed in timely manner and follow up on the execution of the agreements * Proactive in sharing of information within department and ensure the organized filing and safekeeping of data and information * Accurate updating of lease details in database, rent rolls and lease summary etc. for reporting purposes. To inform and liaise with related departments to prepare for smooth tenant hand over including ensuring that survey of leased premises * Work with facilities management and finance team to ensure smooth day to day operations of the portfolio and good tenant's experience and to highlight any opportunities to improve property performance and work processes Intersted Candiate share there Updated CV' to careers@luluindia.com
