Pathways School Gurgaon is looking for a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Teacher to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Support students with diverse learning needs to help them achieve academic and personal growth.
Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SEN team to plan and implement individual learning strategies.
Conduct assessments and maintain student progress records.
Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in Learning Support or Special Education (preferably in an IB/International curriculum).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy, patience, and a student-centered approach.
