Role Overview: As the Learning and Leadership Development Leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a cutting-edge learning strategy that directly influences organizational growth. Your role will involve managing enterprise-wide leadership development programs, focusing on enhancing leader effectiveness, preparing talent pipelines, and aligning with the enterprise-wide talent development strategy. Your goal will be to create a culture of continuous learning while ensuring that learning initiatives are in line with strategic objectives. By adopting a results-driven approach, you will build and scale learning programs that facilitate business transformation and future-proof the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the creation and evolution of a learning strategy that aligns with the organization's overarching business goals, driving change to support organizational agility, performance, and long-term success. - Architect and execute the development of innovative, scalable, and business-aligned learning and leadership development programs across different talent categories and organizational hierarchies. - Partner closely with leaders to assess organizational talent needs, identify skill gaps, and deliver tailored learning solutions. - Champion a culture of continuous development by promoting self-directed learning, mentorship, coaching, and collaboration across teams. - Drive the adoption and integration of cutting-edge learning technologies to provide personalized and impactful learning experiences. - Manage relationships with training partners to ensure top-notch content, quality, and effectiveness of training programs. - Establish indicators to measure the success of learning initiatives and utilize data analytics to refine strategies and optimize program outcomes. - Stay updated on learning trends and emerging technologies, continuously evolving the learning strategy to reflect industry best practices. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in leading and transforming learning functions in large to mid-sized organizations, with a track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide learning strategies. - Implementation experience with leadership development approaches, programs, succession planning, and 360-degree feedback. - Deep understanding of instructional design principles, methodologies, and project management to deliver high-impact learning programs globally. - Experience in leading a team of learning professionals and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in operational management, optimizing processes, and familiarity with Learning Technology, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
