Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Learning Lead role located in Jaipur. The Learning Lead will oversee and coordinate training and development efforts across the organization to enhance employee skills and performance. Key responsibilities include managing learning programs, designing instructional materials, leveraging learning management systems, and facilitating communication with key stakeholders to ensure training alignment with organizational goals. This role will play a vital part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Learning Management and Training & Development to effectively oversee employee training programs.
• Experience in Instructional Design and Learning Management Systems to create, implement, and manage engaging learning solutions.
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver clear, effective training content.
• Ability to analyze training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, along with previous experience in a similar role.
• Organizational and project management skills to manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
