Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs that enhance technical, behavioral, and managerial capabilities within the organization and for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training programs on technical, functional, and soft skills. Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with HR and technical teams. Partner with internal departments to identify learning needs. Develop training materials, manuals, e-learning content, and knowledge assessments. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance metrics. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in training and development. Organize internal knowledge-sharing events, webinars, and workshops. Contribute to the creation of a learning and development roadmap for employees. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Education, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred). 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or related roles. Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to translate technical content into engaging learning experiences. Proficiency in digital training tools (LMS, content creation platforms, etc.). Energetic, empathetic, and passionate about developing people. Nice to Have: Certification in Training & Development. Experience conducting both in-person and virtual trainings. Fluency in regional languages for localized training sessions.
