Job Description

Role Overview: As a Learning & Development professional at our company, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs. Your role will involve managing training logistics, tracking attendance, maintaining records, and administering training feedback. You will also assist in developing training materials and managing the Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, you will play a key role in conducting Training Needs Analysis and collaborating with HR and department managers to align training programs with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs - Manage training logistics, including venue booking, material preparation, and participant communication - Track training attendance and maintain training records - Administer and evaluate training feedback and assessments - Assist in the development of training materials and resources - Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) including content uploading, user management, report generation, and troubleshooting - Conduct Training Needs Analysis through surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis - Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals - Coordinate with external training providers and vendors - Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely delivery of training services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems (HRIS) - Provide technical support to employees regarding HR systems and processes - Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and orientation sessions - Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and administrative tasks - Maintain HR policies and procedures documentation - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Handle HR-related correspondence and inquiries - Schedule meetings and manage calendars - Prepare and process HR-related documents and forms - Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of work experience in Learning and Development - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Note: Any additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.),
