Learning & Development Audit Practitioner

As an Academic Observer at Regenesys, your role involves observing academic facilitators" performance based on set criteria and engaging with facilitators from diverse backgrounds and subjects. You will collaborate with Learning & Development practitioners to ensure successful implementation of a flipped classroom approach, lesson plans, and classroom management techniques. Your responsibilities also include reviewing classroom activities, writing reports, and maintaining a high standard of quality in facilitation sessions for facilitators" personal development. Key Responsibilities: - Observe academic facilitators" performance and provide feedback based on set criteria - Engage with facilitators from diverse backgrounds and subjects - Collaborate with Learning & Development practitioners for successful implementation of teaching techniques - Review classroom activities, take notes, and write up reports - Maintain a high standard of quality in facilitation sessions - Support academics in acquiring innovative teaching techniques for online and face-to-face classes Qualifications Required: - Masters (Advantageous), Post Graduate degree, or B-degree in a relevant field (Adult/Tertiary Education and Learning, Human Resources, Psychology) - Experience as a facilitator at the tertiary level - Experience in the online teaching environment - Knowledge of online teaching methodologies - Proven track record in a similar role with at least 3 years of experience - Valid driver's license or own reliable transport - Excellent writing and editing skills - Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook, MS Teams, and Excel - Ability to make effective decisions under pressure - Passionate about learning and possesses a growth mindset - Innovative in learning and teaching - Excellent teamwork capabilities In addition to the above qualifications, you should possess the following personal attributes: - Professional comportment - Reliable, trustworthy, and empathetic - Friendly and approachable - Excellent attention to detail - Willingness to work overtime when required - High energy and enthusiasm for challenging projects - Inspiring leadership style - Collaborative and innovative - Timeline disciplined and embraces diversity - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Patience, resilience, and a high degree of diplomacy - Subject matter expert with a lifelong learning attitude - Critical thinker, problem solver, and able to execute interpersonal communication Your role as an Academic Observer at Regenesys will involve contributing to the development and improvement of academic facilitators to create a unique learning experience for students, thereby giving Regenesys a substantial competitive advantage.,
