Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Learning and Development Trainee to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in organizing, executing, and evaluating learning initiatives that support employee growth and organizational development. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, has strong communication skills, and is eager to develop a career in L&D or HR. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating internal training programs and workshops. Support in developing training materials, presentations, and handouts. Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and employees for smooth training execution. Assist in collecting feedback, analyzing training effectiveness, and preparing reports. Conduct research on latest L&D trends, tools, and best practices. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for employee development. Provide administrative support to the L&D team as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Interest in a career in Learning & Development or Human Resources. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
