Job Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Executive Company: GlobalData Experience: 4 to 6 years Location: Hyderabad Preferred Gender: Female Job Description: GlobalData is looking for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Executive to drive training initiatives and enhance employee skill development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Identify training needs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and digital learning solutions Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external trainers for effective learning initiatives Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve learning strategies Manage leadership development, employee upskilling, and other L&D initiatives Maintain training records and generate reports on learning outcomes Requirements: 4 to 6 years of experience in Learning & Development or related roles Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs using various tools and technologies Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills If you are passionate about learning and development and want to be part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you!
