Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify and address skill development needs.
Conduct learning needs analysis and design impactful programs using instructional design and adult learning principles.
Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
Develop blended learning solutions (e-learning, ILT, workshops).
Collaborate with the LMS team for content management and reporting.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and KPIs.
Drive continuous learning and innovation within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in any field
69 years of L&D or Talent Development experience.
Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, and LMS tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Data-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred / Good to Have

Certifications in Instructional Design or Learning Delivery.
Experience leading enterprise-wide L&D programs.
Creative and learner-centric approach.
